Welcome to December! (Yes, I know its not for a few days. Blame Erik!) Dec begins on Aug 4th.

At this point in time, Pure Eternity and the Cremation have acquired the Registry but the Wizarding World does not know.

Reports of the Ministry being under attack have worried the Wizarding World but no one knows the extent of what happened. Just whatever Rita puts in the paper. Rita is working on it now.

Minister for Magic, Kingsley Eggleston, Senior Undersecretary, Nathaniel Kingsley, and their Junior Assistant, Calliope Kingston have been missing for three days following the attack before reappearing to assure the world all is well and the Registry is safe.

The real Kingsley, Nathaniel and Calliope are locked in cells beneath Nurmengard Castle. Camden McPhee, Percival Enigma and Grayson Tristen have replaced these official with polyjuice potion and are now running the government. New decrees are being established.

Muggles who know about the magical world, Squibs and muggleborns are slowly disappearing. Feel free to start plotting your character's disappearance if you wish.

Kidnapped characters will be held in a secure location only known to Pure Eternity and the Cremation. The specifics of the location is a large underground containment cell built by captured and tortured muggles for Pure Eternity located in the Accona Desert in Italy where they will be later auctioned off to pureblood families as servants. Their wands will be taken from them.

December 24, Christmas Eve, Hogwarts will be hosting a dinner and dance for the Magical Community and their families. This will be a peaceful event. I will open this event on Aug 4th and it will remain open for the duration of IC Dec.

Dec 31, New Year's Eve, Nox Nightclub in Hogsmeade will be hosting an Adult Only New Years Eve party. Vampire get free admission. There is a 5G cover charge for everyone else. I will open this event on Aug 4th and it will remain open for the duration of IC Dec.

Non-Plot Announcements

There will be age limits on certain jobs throughout the magical community. This will not effect current characters but will effect new characters and characters changing jobs. Please refer to the Available Job List for these age limits. They have not all be updated yet because Lou got tired doing it on mobile.

Going forward, members who have signed up for Quidditch may notice you have been removed from the roster. This is because you failed to meet activity requirements and/or failed to notify staff that you would not be attending the Quidditch Game. Being on the team is not just for the fancy IC title and we do expect members who sign up to make it to the games, especially when all the dates have been posted well in advanced and all players are notified 24hrs prior to the game.

If you can't or may not be able to make the game, a simple, "hey! May not make it" is sufficient. Yesterday's game between Hufflepuff and Ravenclaw was a huge loss for Ravenclaw. Every post made by team members is 5 points for your team. Ravenclaw earned 35 points, majority of those posts by 1 team member. Please let us know because we can reschedule if needed.

In the event you are removed from the team, you are welcome to sign up again if your position is still available. However, keep in mind that you can lose your position again if you fail to make the game or notify staff of your absence.
