Burn Healing Paste: Used to treat burns.
Cure for Boils: Simple potion to cure boils.
Forgetfulness Potion: Causes an unknown degree of forgetfulness (likely based on the skill of the potion maker)
Hair-Raising Potion: Causes the drinker's hair to stand on end.
Herbicide Potion: Poisonous potion that kills or damages plants.
Sleeping Draught: Caused the drinker to fall almost instantaneously into a deep but temporary sleep
Strengthening Potion: Potion that gives the drinker increased strength

Wiggenweld Potion: Healing potion with the power to cure injuries, the antidote to the Sleeping Draught and the Draught of Living Death.
[PTab=YEAR TWO]
Babbling Beverage: Causes the target person to talk nonsense.
Basic Sleeping Draught: Used before bedtime to aid in sleep. Not to be used for longer than 2 weeks.
Blood Replenishing Potion: The potion makes up for lost blood. Taken every hour until no longer needed.
Fire Protection Potion: Protects the drinker from being burned by magical fire. Although it will work against most magical fire it is useless against Fiendfyre.
Girding Potion: Gives the consumer prolonged endurance.
Swelling Solution: Causes something to get bigger.
Wartcap Powder: Substance which causes the skin of a person who touches it to form a thick hard crust.
Wit Sharpening Potion: The effect is presumably to make a person think more clearly.
[PTab=YEAR THREE]
Analgesic Paste: When this paste is rubbed on the painful location, the pain is relieved immediately. The paste is more of a white cream, quite shiny in colour with the scent of rubbing alcohol, it's moist to the touch and when rubbed on turns quite warm. The paste is applied, though it also comes in a liquid that can be drunk. The analgesic paste takes half an hour to brew. The ingredients include Aconite flower petals, boiling water, mint and flobberworm mucus (for thickening into a paste-like substance). Once the substance has come to a boil, add flobberworm mucus and stir until reached the desired thickness. Let cool, and store in a cool place. If the paste is ingested, please immediately take the generic Antidote for Common Poisons. Credited to Lou.
Antidote to Uncommon Poisons: Cures minor magical or uncommon poisons such as Doxy bites, which were highly venomous.
Bruise Healing Paste: Thick yellow paste used to heal bruises.
Burn Healing Paste: An orange paste that is used to heal burns.
Confusing Concoction: Effect is to cause confusion.
Doxycide: A black-coloured, foul smelling potion used to spray Doxies. It paralysed them for a period of time, allowing the user to safely remove the Doxies without fear of being bitten.
Shrinking Solution: Makes things shrink in size, apparently reversing the ageing process as well.
Undetectable Poisons: A type of poison that was presumably undetectable by any method.
Wideye Potion: Also known as the Awakening Potion, was a potion which prevented the drinker from falling asleep and could also be used to awaken someone from drugging or concussion.
[PTab=YEAR FOUR]
Ageing Potion: Causes the person drinking it to grow older. The more Aging Potion one drinks, the more one ages.
Calming Draught: Helps calm emotional turmoil.
Pepperup Potion: Cures the common cold.
Shrinking Solution: Makes things shrink in size, apparently reversing the ageing process as well.
Skele-Gro: Potion which re-grows bones. The effect takes about eight hours and can be quite painful.
The Famous French Method for the Bite of a Mad Dog: Cure for rabies.
Weedosoros: A highly potent poison. The exact effects of this poison are unknown, although it is possible that it caused convulsions, along with other unpleasant bodily side effects.
Wit-Sharpening Potion: The effect is presumably to make a person think more clearly.
[PTab=YEAR FIVE]
Adhesive Paste: A paste similar to glue, used to hold bones in place while they are being magically healed, best used for children who squirm. Prevents deformities when setting bones. Can also be used as a quick fix for seal cuts and various other open wounds in a pinch until proper medical treatment can be given. The paste is a white sticky substance which dries clear and dissolves, applied to affected areas. To brew: Beeswax and honey water mixed together at high temperatures then cooled to room temperature so it remains in a paste-like substance. Credited to Lou.
Analgesic Potion: This potion relieves generalized pain. This potion comes in a pale colour and tastes like mint. It smells like mint as well. The analgesic potion is a liquid which the user must drink. This takes half an hour to brew. The ingredients include Aconite flower petals, boiling water, and mint. Do not add Flobberworm mucus when making the liquid. If an antidote is needed, take the Antidote for Common Poisons. Credited to Lou.
Anti-Nausea Remedy: A clear, tea-like brew which relieves nausea instantly upon drinking. This potion is not difficult to brew and in fact, takes into account common muggles and magical remedies. The ingredients are typically things found within the household (Rice, water, lemon, peppermint leaves and ginger root). The rice is cooked and the water used for boiling the rice is the base of the potion. The ginger root and peppermint leaves are then boiled in the rice water and lemon is squeezed into it. It takes about thirty minutes to brew. Though no antidote should be needed as it is a healing potion, soda crackers can soak up the remains. Credited to Lou.
Babbling Beverage: Allows the drinker to think more clearly. Acts as an antidote to the Confundus Charm.
Befuddlement Draught: Causes the drinker to become belligerent and reckless.
Deflating Draught: Causes anything swollen by magical means to shrink back to normal size.
Draught of Peace: Calms anxiety and soothes agitation.
Erumpent Potion: A potion made from Erumpent parts, such as likely the horn, tail, or the Exploding Fluid. It was highly explosive when it was touched by an outside source.
Everlasting Elixirs: A type of potion with the effect to either never run out of potion or to work forever.
Invigoration Draught: Boosts the drinker's energy.
[PTab=YEAR SIX]
Amortentia: The most powerful love potion in the world. The potion smells differently to different people according to what attracts them.
Cough Potion: Presumably treats a cough.
Draught of Living Death: Causes someone to fall into a deep sleep.
Elixir to Induce Euphoria: Induces euphoria in the drinker, with occasional side effects of excessive singing and nose-tweaking.
Essence of Insanity: A potion which caused irrational decision-making in the drinker.
Felix Felicis: Until the effects wear off, all the drinker’s endeavours will tend to succeed. Once consumed, the potion gives the drinker an exhilarating sense of confidence and a tremendous sense of opportunity. However, if taken in excess the potion causes giddiness, recklessness, and dangerous overconfidence, and it is highly toxic in large quantities.
Garrotting Gas: Invisible gas which apparently knocks people unconscious.
Hiccoughing Solution: A potion that causes hiccoughs.
Laughing Potion: A potion that induced laughter in the drinker. It was an effective defence against the Banshee, a dark creature.
Memory Potion: Presumably enhances the drinker’s memory.
Murtlap Essence: a solution of strained and pickled tentacles of Murtlaps. It soothed painful cuts and abrasions, and helped them to heal.
Polyjuice Potion: Transforms a person to look exactly like someone else. One dose lasts for one hour, but doses can be renewed, apparently indefinitely.
Potion for Dreamless Sleep: A purple medicinal potion that was used to induce drowsiness and, if done properly, provides a dreamless sleep for the drinker.
Regerminating Potion: forces a plant to germinate.
Veritaserum: The most powerful truth serum available, this colourless, odourless potion (which looks like plain water) forces the drinker to tell the truth.
Volyjuice Potion: This potion allows the drinker's voice to change to any other voice they concentrate on. For example, if the user knew a popular singer's voice very well, took the potion, and then sang while thinking about the sound of the singer in question, that sound is what would come out of their mouth. The potion's colour shifts depending on how the light hits it (almost like a disco ball). Its smell would be unfamiliar to most wizards but would smell like hot electronics to a muggle. It is liquid in state and is drank in about a shot quantity. It lasts for around 2 hours depending on the amount drunk and the size of the drinker. It is of medium difficulty to brew. Antidote: The Memory Potion — although a common potion, a memory potion will remind the person of who they are (as opposed to the voice they are impersonating) and allow them to return to their own vocal sound. Credited to T.
Wound-Cleaning Potion: Used on cuts and other open wounds to clean them out.
[PTab=YEAR SEVEN]
Antidote to Veritaserum: a potion which counteracted the effects of Veritaserum.
Capillatum Potion: Used on thinning hair. One teaspoonful equates to one inch of hair growth (on the head only).
Rat Tonic: a healing potion for rats.
Wolfsbane Potion: While this potion doesn’t cure lycanthropy, it does prevent the extremely dangerous dementia which would otherwise accompany the transformation from a human into a werewolf.
[PTab=ADULTS]
Beautifying Potion: Potion to make the drinker more lovely in appearance.
Dr. Ubbly's Oblivious Unction: Used to heal scarring left by thoughts.
Elixir of Life: The Elixir of Life extends life, but requires that the drinker consume it regularly for all eternity if the drinker is to maintain his or her immortality.
Gregory's Unctuous Unction: Persuades the drinker that the giver is his/her very best friend.
Hate Potion (Aggrotentia): Reveals the worst faults and habits of the target person to the drinker.
Instant Darkness Powder: When thrown into the air, turns the immediate area pitch black so that common light spells and fire magic will not work in the area effect, although a Hand of Glory will.
Mandrake Draught: This powerful antidote will revive people who have been petrified.
Photograph Potions: If normal Muggle photographs are developed in certain potions, the resulting images will move.
Pregnancy Detection Potion: This potion detects pregnancy by causing the drinking to become nauseated and vomit within 5 minutes of ingesting. It must be brewed during the full or new moon and takes 7 days to brew. Ingredients include peppermint oil, honey, castor oil, moon water, essence of comfrey. The potion is a bright yellow. Credited to Ali.
Quodpot Solution: Used in the pots serving as goals in the game of Quodpot to keep the Quod from exploding.
Sleekeazy's Hair Potion: Used to style hair.
Sober Up Potion: This potion cures hangover immediately. The drink is carbonated so that the bubbles help bring up any gas lingering in the belly causing discomfort. A few drops of the anti-nausea remedy are added to the brew to relieve upset stomachs from drinking too much and not eating. The drink comes in various colours depending on the types of fruits used (the most common are orange, kiwi, banana, and avocado). It maintains the scent of whichever fruit has been used along with a small hint of ginger. No antidote is necessary. Credited to Lou.
