The first month of school is already behind us and Hogwarts has transitioned into October, the spooky season. New first year students are acclimatized to life at Hogwarts with the help of the new mentoring program. Former students are back and into the swing of their classes again. September has been a quiet month for everyone to find their groove once more.

Quidditch is about to begin with the first game coming up in the next two weeks. The first game will be Ravenclaw VS Slytherin.

Hogwarts will be hosting The Haunted Masquerade on Oct 31 to celebrate the holiday. The great hall will be transformed into a Haunted House and guests will be invited to enjoy dancing, scary treats and haunted horrors throughout the evening.

Pumpkin spice and everything nice, is what comes out in October. Grab your cozy sweaters and spend some time curled up by the fireplace with a good book!
