THE ADMINS & WHAT THEY DO
 | Ruth (Rosie Huntington ) – Professors and Classes, Which Broomstick She is our main admin and owner of the site. Ruth's main job is to ensure classes are up to date during the school year. She’s reminds Professors to post their lessons at the start of the year and keeps track that they are doing their job so students can meet the requirements to pass. |
 | Lou (Dean Stewart ) – Plots, Events, Daily Prophet, Witch Weekly. Lou is in charge of running site wide plots, coming up with fun site wide events and ensuring the daily prophet and witch weekly newspapers are being posted regularly by Rita. Lou is also actively working away to improve the site lore, maintaining the site timeline and dealing with a lot of the behind the scenes aspects of running a site. |
 | Serena (Elizabeth Kingston ) – Clubs and Interns. Serena’s job is keeping the clubs and internships lists up to date, accepting them and ensuring members are working on and completing their intern threads in order for it to count towards passing the school year. |
 | Nana (Artemis H. Hwang ) – Site Design, coding and Winner of the month (OTM). Nana is our coding genius. She keeps the site looking beautiful. Nana updates the themes. Makes new themes when she is bored or to go along with an event. She wrote all the staff codes and fixes them when she notices they are broken. Nana is also highly involved in dealing with a lot of the behind the scenes aspects of the site while helping everyone else out with their specific roles. |
 | Remy (Remington Grebe ) – Quidditch. Remy is in charge of Quidditch. His job is to ensure the Quidditch Roster is up to date. Reminds teams of upcoming games and moderates the games while in session. It’s Remy’s job to keep track of who has played what games and who will be there for future games. It’s important to let us know if a player cannot show up otherwise there’s a risk of being removed from the team. |
All Admins | The admin team works together to improve the site, keep it running, keep it interesting and address all the concerns of the members on site to keep everyone happily RPing and having fun. This is a difficult, voluntary job that we have undertaken to help bring YOU (the members of this site) a safe, fun and happy place to write and RP and engage in fun plotting with fellow writing and HP nerds like us. Nothing is changed unless 3/5 of us agree as a democracy. While we all have our own section, you will notice that we often still help each other out. Applications (includes accepting character/creature apps, updating dorm lists, member list, adult list, job list, creature list) Registries (includes updating all IC and Job registries when required - except for new apps) Announcements/Absences (posting announcements and updating the members absences) Advertisement (accepting ads, linking back, advertising our site elsewhere) Rule Breaking and Conflict Resolution, etc. |
