November Update
Aureliano Amadori is still sadly very single.
Ciaran Gilpatrick is single, but has a baffling conflicted relationship with Ian Huxley .

TERM 3 ANNOUNCEMENT 6
FIRST QUIDDITCH GAMEHey there Quidditch fans!
Next weekend is the first game of the new term so buckle on your Quidditch gear and be ready for rogue bludgers and shiny snitches! Our first game will be between:SLYTHERIN AND GRYFFINDOR
The game will open on Saturday January 21 at 10 AM (EST) and remain open until Saturday afternoon at 2:30 PM (EST). The game will last 4.5 hours.
If you cannot play, let an admin know by the Thursday before the game. When the game begins, it is assumed all players listed are present whether they have posted or not.

But he can also be rather lazy, irresponsible, and a little oblivious at times. CHILDHOOD. | Remington was born in the States during the time his mother worked as a Cursebreaker there. Her career stayed still in San Diego for a few years to give her some time to balance work and home life with her husband. Not one to sit still long she soon had them moving to Australia hunting cursed objects. He spent a majority of his childhood in coastal towns where he picked up his love for surfing. While not at school he was often at the beach, both parents busy with work they hardly noticed his absence though he often drove his nanny a heart attack when he would go missing. The summer before Remy was to turn eleven his parents had made the decision to move back to the UK for his magical education, his mother much preferring Hogwarts to any other. They settled for a coastal town in Wales after much complaining from Remy about surfing. Happily they made their new home their own just in time for Remy to get his Hogwarts letter and be off to school. |
YEAR 01. | However, he was sorted into Hufflepuff which made his mother extremely upset, to the point of trying to appeal for a change. Remy, however, would have none of that saying that badgers were cooler than snakes anyway. Thus started his time at Hogwarts as a friendly face among his Hufflepuff peers, even if he wasn't the best of students. He also made his a friend with him he spent a lot of time. |
YEAR 02. | In his second year he cemented his place as a friendly and open person with a penchant for sports. He joined the house team as a Beater and did fairly well in every game. Most of the time he spent with his new best friend, Sebastien Dumas. |
YEAR 03. | By the third year he was known for being close to Seb, sitting with him always and usually sporting some bit of the others clothing if he forgot his own. They always ate together and in class were always side by side as they got through classes together. |
YEAR 04. | As always, he spent a lot of time with Seb and started to figure out he liked boys, finding himself staring at them often. Despite this, he didn't really date, still spending all his spare time with Seb and not seemingly concerned about it. Classes went well, and while he wasn't very reliable with homework he was generally alright in class, with nudges from his best friend. |
RP SAMPLE (200 words min.)
It was hard to pay attention in class most days, his mind drifting so much that whatever the professor was talking about went in one ear and out the other. So when people started moving books to get don to their task he was at a loss as to what it was. Lucky for him that one of the other students actually answered his question. There would have been no way for him to know what spell they were to be working on otherwise. Yawning a little he shifted a little to at least attempt the spell before their teacher noticed him slacking. After a moment it was totally clear he hadn't heard the incantation properly as he failed it a few times in a row. Luck was still with him.
"No, no, do it this way. Are you stuck on the wand movement too?"
Remy gave a lazy wave and a little shrug when the student beside him interrupted his latest try to ask him what he was stuck on the wand movement. "Nah? I just didn't see it. I wasn't really listening." The response he gave was quickly followed by a laugh. It might not be terribly funny to others but being honest was just his default stance when asked a question. He turned his gaze to them fully, definitely giving off an 'I almost fell asleep' vibe as he leaned his arm on the desk. "Hey, would you mind showing me it once more?"
