26 December 3rd, 1993 DURMSTRANG GRADUATE HOGWARTS ASTRONOMY PROFESSOR/ASTRONOMER HALF-BLOOD ORIGINALLY ICELAND | PERSONALITY: Nova Astralis is a curious being with cold resisting blood, mostly because she's from born in Iceland. It was here that her love for the skies above, and the many questions about them, came alive. Nova's definitely a curious one and can easily spend hours reading up on anything of interest. She's also an adventurous one, looking for new challenges and places to challenge herself. She prefers to travel, and is a traveler at heart, being inquisitive about the ancient, unknown and curious. A Brief History. | Nova was born to the Astronomer Orion Astralis, her father, and her muggle mother Lilja Astralis. Their love for the stars had them meet on a holiday by chance, which only strengthened their bond over time until Nova was born. Born with magic, the girl had gone to the school of Durmstrang. Despite being a non-pureblood they seemed interested in her, probably for her looks and her willingness to experience and experiment. Nova was definitely not one for the dark arts but doing secretive things during the night did interest her. Mix it with her interest for the skies and stars above and one could have a fun night. After graduation Nova wished to travel and learn. First she continued to learn, becoming a novice astronomer before taking her knowledge on a journey, working at different schools. She's now known as the traveling astronomer and enjoys challenging herself to new things, now turning up to Hogwarts as there's an open position available. She doesn't stick around long enough to become a permanent resident but perhaps she'll one day return after finishing her challenge. |
