the FAMILY SURNAME registry

D]Families are a big part of the site whether they are purebloods, half-bloods or muggleborns, etc. INH is a large forum with many members, original characters, and original families, and each member dedicates their time to creating elaborate histories, family trees, etc. through vigorous research, and hard work. The Surname Registry helps protect your original creations from being stolen. Once you've registered your surname, you can then list any accounts that share the last name (or maiden name).
This registry is not mandatory but it does Fprotect the names and creations of the members of INH.THE RULES
1. You must be the original creator of the family to register it.
2. Only families with two (2) or more active characters using said surname may register. Characters with maiden names or adopted names count. EX: Cassidy Douglas is a Stewart even though she goes by a different last name.
3. NPCs and unsorted accounts do not qualify for family surname registration. Neither do family connections that do not exist on site.
4. If the Surname is listed as OPEN, this means there is a want ad open for family members to be added and you should contact the main family member. This does not mean that the surname is open for use for non-related characters. If the surname is listed as CLOSED that means it has no available want ads or spots.
5. Families that do not meet the requirements after cleanouts, characters are shelved or deleted, will be removed from the Registry.SURNAME REGISTERY FORM:[b][u]SURNAME REGISTRY[/u][/b]
