Hearing the way the Gryffindor laughed at Sarah had Fran burning. He leaned over to her. “You look absolutely adorable, don’t let that witch get you down. Got it?” He’s easy to compliment and he’s not even doing it just to be nice. He does think she looks adorable in her poncho and about to dig into some pumpkin pies with the rest of them. This is definitely the sort of girl he prefers to be around. Not stuck up purists.
With Sarah’s attention on the rules – Fran never was one for paying attention to rules – he leans towards Hoku and Miaoyu. “Well...you’re here, so does that mean you’re part of our flock? Oh boy...better call in the Purist Brigade because we got ourselves a blood traitor!” She did willingly sit down at a table with three known muggleborns and Sarah – who by all accounts seemed perfectly lovely and accepting of their blood status.

If anything, Guy has the stomach of an erumpant, not Francesco. His little brother could pack away sausages like there’s a hole in his leg and the food just falls out leaving room for more and more. Francesco and Kit both watch him in awe as he accomplishes such a feat. Fran waves his hands as the girls talk about his stomach. “Not me. Him.” He jerks a thumb at Guy. He’ll beat them all.
Five and a half, yes. That is about the length of time they have been attending school together. Interestingly enough, they never really had significant chats before. Perhaps because girls were gross before and now they have a mutual friend in Hokulani.
Fran lets go of Guy when he starts to shove too hard. He doesn’t want to end up on his arse in front of Merlin and her pretty friend. That would be obscene! He can’t flirt if he’s looking like a fool on the ground.
He grins at Hoku. “I really could, couldn’t I?” He knows she is teasing him but Fran would wear it if pressured and he would rock. No fear.

Francesco pauses. He looks left. He looks right. His eyes briefly gloss over the girl sitting beside Hoku and then tilts his head at his brother who has moodily moved on away from him. He makes a finger motion between himself and Guy. “She talkin’ ‘bout you or me?” He asks his brother. He’s oblivious to why Guy looks so moody and happily takes the seat beside him, across from Hokulani and Sarah.
He hooks an arm around his younger brother’s neck and pulls him into a headlock. “Know me? I should hope so! Been here at Hogwarts together for like, one...two...five...” He purposely counts terribly and holds up five fingers, waving his hand back and forth. “Give or take, whatever.”
He pulls the hand back and places it on his chest. He sucks in a breath and closes his eyes. “Merlin. You compliment me. But seriously,” he opens his eyes and grins across at Sarah. “The poncho is probably going to save you. We should have grabbed ours,” he adds to his brother.

Francesco looks at his younger brother. It's not very often the two of them agree on one thing but a pie eating contest is one of those things. Fran, who straightens out his Viper's jacket as he walks along with Guy, will proudly take the credit for his brother's abilities when it comes to gobbling up sausages. Guy can pack it back and Francesco encourages it at every corner just for the hilarity of his brother barfing it all back up later. This is going to be great!
Not to mention, as he enters the Three Broomsticks, Fran is enchanted to spot his bandmate present. "Merlin!" The relative pain in the arse calls out to Hokulani as his younger brother makes a face. Fran does not notice the face and if he had he would be appalled that his brother is insinuating anything between himself and his bandmate!
