20 10/09/2000 Part time barista at Madam Puddifoots Hufflepuff Alum Pureblood London, England
| PERSONALITY: Molly is the very definition of a free spirit. She loves creativity and never backs down from trying something new. Failure isn't something that she worries about because she believes that failing just means that you get to try again! Molly is a sweet girl who never has trouble making friends, however, sometimes she can come off a little judgemental. She doesn't mean to be; she just cannot imagine not being authentic to who you are and calls it out in people when she sees it. In her ideal world, everyone would be living their dream and Molly sees no reason why everyone shouldn't at least try.
ASPIRATION: Molly just wants to love her life. She doesn't have a particular goal in mind - she just wants to be happy and she wants to pursue whatever she believes will make her happy; even if that changes every few months. | LIKES: - Painting - Drawing - Writing - Reading - Sewing - Knitting - Horseback riding - Animals - Ice Skating - Pumpkin carving - Acting - Singing - Music - Adult Substances
DISLIKES: - Rules - Structure - Monotony - Carrots - Government - Expectations - Blood Purists - Closed Mindedness

CHILDHOOD. | Molly was born mid autumn just a few minutes after her twin sister Lucy. Lucy was a strong willed child whereas Molly was quiet and often was content to sit by herself reading, or coloring, or knitting. Molly felt loved by both of her parents, and felt close to her sister growing up, however, she never felt quite content.
When she was 5 she begged her parents to allow her to start Ballet classes and while she really loved them, about a year later she felt called towards Piano lessons as well. And then after a few months of studying piano, Molly longed to tumble around in gymnastics. The hyperfixations continued on from there. Her father would often lecture the younger of his two twins daughters about the importance to sticking to something once you commit to it, and she would want to stick to it, she wanted to keep doing everything that she ever started, but she also wanted to try something new.
As a child Molly rarely caused trouble - however that was mostly because she was always busy. Thankfully her parents encouraged her (even if there were a few eye rolls and lectures mixed in from her father) to follow her interests and allowed her to jump from art to sports to dance to music, and everything in between. It became clear to Molly by age 11 that there wasn't just one thing that she wanted to spend her time doing - there were many things and there simply wasn't enough time! |
SCHOOL YEARS. | However, at the age of 11 was also when her Hogwarts letter showed up. She knew it would come one day, but she was never quite sure how she felt about it. She liked school and she loved learning, but she was never very good at following strict rules and didn't like to stay inside the lines. More often than not, Molly felt like her rules and her ways were more fun and thus more worth pursuing than the rules of her teachers and would find herself in detention every few weeks during her first years at Hogwarts.
She was sorted into Hufflepuff and while at first the girl was sad to be seperated from her twin, in the end she appreciated the chance that she was given to be her own person and grow at her own rate. Hufflepuff offered her the chance to let loose a little and not take everything so seriously. Molly loved being surrounded all the time by other members of her house who were similar to her, who enjoyed just existing and were interested in multiple things.
Molly didn't excel in her studies, and that didn't make either of her parents particularly happy, nor was she ever made a prefect, which was just fine with her despite her dads insistence that it opened a lot of doors after Hogwarts. Molly wanted a lot of things, but she wasn't sure any of those "doors" were on that very long list.

ADULTHOOD. | She made it through her OWL and NEWT exams however, even if she was barely scraping by, and she graduated with no gameplan. Was she scared? No. Were her parents scared for her? Sure! Molly took a job working as a barista at Madam Puddifoots, one of her favorite places in Hogsmeade. She saved every penny that she made and over the last summer she found herself a cheap flat in London and moved out of her childhood bedroom and into her own little studio in London.
With the amount of money that she had saved from working since graduation, Molly decided to cut her hours down to only working 3 shifts a week (just enough to cover the cost of rent) and allowed the rest of her time to be spent in pursuit of happiness - whatever that entailed.
She spent weeks painting the walls of the dodgy little studio and turning it into a place that inspired her and made her feel like she could really relax and unlock her true potential. She auditioned for a play at a local community theatre and had been offered a chorus part. She was thrilled! Molly never felt the need to be the best, she just wanted to be! So the little chorus role was good enough for her because it gave her a space to peruse something that brought her joy. |

Gabe had never thought of himself as a particularly good big brother. Sure, he teased her like any brother should. And if she had needed him at Beauxbatons to threaten someone who wasn’t treating her well he would without a second thought. But it wasn’t like he and Vivi had been particularly close before now. Though he figured the shared trauma that had befallen them over the summer was likely to bring anyone who survived it closer together, especially when they were essentially the only family they had left. Sure they had extended family in France, grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, but none of them had been there to clean up the mess. None of them had even asked about who would be Vivi’s guardian (not that Gabe would have given it up even if they had). It was just the two of them now… and Evie. They’d make their own new family.
The whistle blew and Gabriel knew it was time for her to get onboard before it left without her. He loosened his grip on his little sister and let her go, nodding in agreement. This was normal, sending kids off to school was normal, but Gabe had thought he’d still have over a decade before he would be the one seeing them off. “It’ll be a good year.” he promised, hoping more than anything the universe would let him keep that promise. Though so much of it was out of his control.
Gabe caught her as she ran back to him and gave her another, reassuring squeeze. “And I couldn’t have asked for a more annoying baby sister.” he teased, making sure his tone was incredibly playful so there would be no misinterpreting his intent. “I love you too. Now get on that train before I make you walk.” he nodded. He watched her go and waved until her compartment disappeared. Gabe stayed standing there until the train was out of sight. Here she comes, Hogwarts. Please be kind to her.
