Yŭxuān seemingly had other business to attend to before he could rush himself to the ball like a late damsel. Actually, he didn't think he'd make it but managed to cut the meeting short by three to four hours, which meant he had to gather himself quickly, donning a piece of black lace to enter the masquerade ball. Thankfully for him, things still seemed to be happening, and the male felt a bit of relief as he seemed to arrive precisely on time.
Since he had other obligations Yŭxuān had not bothered to ask anyone to the ball, ending up solo. Not that he so much minded, or could help it. The male had no intention of making someone wait for him when the plan wasn't to show at all.
Yŭxuān decided to gracefully catch a glass of .. something. The liquid inside the glass was orange, which reminded him of pumpkin juice but it definitely didn't smell the part. Before tasting it he took a whiff, his face remaining relatively neutral despite the somewhat off-smell. Now he just needed to find a fellow soloist, see what the evening could still have in store for him.
