I've totally not forgotten that Raiden has a younger sibling, oops, thanks application for reminding me. Anyway, this is a to-be first year for the latter part of school year 2020. The sibling can be either male or female, I have no preference to be honest. Their father carries full veela blood and the mother carries secret metamorphmagi blood! They'd either be a half-veela, or a metamorph if lucky.
As for the relationship between the two siblings, we can totally spit it up and see what, who, where, how!
Personality is also up to you really, as long as they can dance and fall in line with the Hwang family. There's plenty of family to bug and hug.
Their place of residence is in England, so they attend Hogwarts by default, and the house is whichever you find fitting. Any details and whatever can be discussed, of course.
