Basic History: (min. 100 words)

Cole was born on the coldest day of that year after his mother consumed a delicious chocolate cake that her husband brought home for Valentine's day. She went into labour and out popped Cole wailing.

Cole is the oldest of 4 kids and the closest to his mother (although she is disappointed in his acceptance of all blood statuses). He spent most of his life on Colonsay Island surrounded by siblings and cousins never being worried about not having friends. Who needed friends when there were twenty or most cousins in town?

Things changed when Cole started at Hogwarts, and his worried about making friends was frivilous. He got along famously with everyone he met being an easy going and fun sort of guy with a lot of charm. Cole joined the Hogwarts Choir in his third year and has been quietly singing in the background waiting for his big break, if he ever gets brave enough to do it.

Roleplay sample:

This time of year was magical, even when there was little money to spend on lavish Christmas presents. Cole loved this time of year. The only thing that would make it better would be snow sparkling outside the dingy window of the apartment he shared with his best friend. Regardless of the greenery outside, the inside was festive. Cole had the Christmas CD in the player currently playing I Saw Mommy Kissing santa Claus while he sang along and fluffed the branches of the Christmas Tree he had found when he'd been out thrifting. Cole was an excellent thrifter and along with the sad little tree he had scavenged for ornaments. When that had failed, Cole ended up at the dollar store for lots of tinsel garland. It was the first year they would have a Christmas Tree in their apartment and he wanted it to be perfect.

Niko wasn't home yet. Cole couldn't remember if he was out with his girl, or if he had a late exam. Honestly, the stress of his exams and fitting in extra shifts before the restaurant closed down for the holidays was enough to make his head spin if he didn't write everything he had to do on the calendar. So, with Niko out for the evening, Cole slummed around the house in his plaid pajama bottoms, his white undershirt, and wearing his elf hat happily humming along to the various carols playing. He had a frozen pizza in the oven and a Christmas movie ready for when he finished decorating the tree.

The song switched to Baby, It's Cold Outside, and being a soprano singer, Cole had a tendency to only sing along to the female parts letting the CD sing for the male parts. He hung sparkling Christmas balls on the tree while he sang. "I really can't stay....I've got to go away.... this evening has been.... so very nice"
