 | Catalina Mcphee 13 5th December up coming third year Hogwarts, Slytherin Pureblood Colonsay, Scotland | PERSONALITY: Catalina is a stubborn female who likes to get her own way. She says she is always right and no-one else is. She is a fearous friend and will stick up for you. LIKES/DISLIKES: Catalina loves fashions, looking her best, has to have the latest clothes, she loves Potions, hates History of Magic. Doesn't have much time for Quidditch but loves the boys playing. ASPIRATIONS: Right now she is not sure what she wants to do, just to get through Hogwarts at the moment |

Catalina is the first daughter to Caden and Laurina and twin to Clarke, born in Colonsay, Scotland Catalina was always surrounded by family as the family was very vast many of the days were spent with her twin brother and her cousins. She spent many days over the area where her family were well known and she was often in trouble or causing it. She found to be a very outgoing person with a brass personality. She loved being outside away from the family home that she really didn't like, she did like her own independence and often was found doing some things she shouldn't be doing. She showed signs of magic much earlier than normal and often the displays of magic were a bit chaotic. As she arrived at Hogwarts and was sorted into Slytherin quite quickly she quickly made friends with the girls in the dorm. She excelled at her classes during the first year and almost had perfect marks in her exams. She was well known for having a mean streak and was not afraid to voice her views and that she hasn't held back at all. Many don't like how she speaks or why. She is often seen watching the Slytherin Quidditch Team play.

It was early morning, or at least Nikki thought that it was early as the others that were in her dorm room were still asleep, they normally were awake before her. She couldn't tell if it was early or not, with no windows she couldn't even look out of a window. One of the things she hated about being in this house. It was the fact that she couldn't look out of a window and also she felt like she was trapped with no way out. She pushed herself up on the bed and rubbed her eyes and put her head on her knees and took a few deep breaths as she tried to calm herself down. She had not had the best of nights sleeps, she found it hard to sleep most days. Today was nothing different, it had been the same dream as it had been for the last seven years always on repeat.
She wanted to get out as she really couldn't talk to those in her dorm room, she couldn't open up to them and she never could, she really wanted Lux but she really didn't want to wake her and those who were in her dorm room. So the only thing she could do was to get out of the common room and see if she could go for a walk. She headed out of the dorm room and into the common room, where it looked like the house-elves had cleaned up and the fire was lit. She could sit by the fire but she really didn't want to fall back to sleep again. She didn't want her dream again where the dog attacked her and it felt like it was happening all over again. It had happened when she was eight years old when she had been in the park and it had come out of no-where and the dog had left scars up and down her back. She walked out of the common room and headed to go up to the entrance hall and to the grounds where she could walk around the lake.
As she walked out into the entrance hall she could see that the sun had only just begun to rise over the forest. She slightly smiled to herself as she headed to the lake as she liked to smell the lake and the wind on her face. It helped calmed her down and her anxiety. The remainder of that day was not good and the fact that her parents were not as caring as they should have been towards Nikki. She was sure that they blamed her for it, that she had brought it on. She shook her head as she was now beside the lake and started on the path that was around it. She took in the lake water smell and it gave her a sensation that she really couldn't explain. It was just nice to be out and seeing the morning air and being able to walk around with no-one around was Nikki's idea of peace.
