SEVENTEEN FEB 2ND 2003 STUDENT HOWGARTS/RAVENCLAW/SEVENTH PUREBLOOD BELFAST, IRELAND | PERSONALITY: Everly is both ambitious and intelligent, to a fault. She studied the dictionary for fun when she was a child, which in her student years has earned her the nickname "walking dictionary". Everly is incredibly studious, true to the traits of a Ravenclaw, and has always been near top of her year. However, her ambitious side doesn't speak to wanting the very best positions that Hogwarts can offer. It is rather a subtle ambition, seeking the ability to have the upper hand in social settings or how to manipulate someone to get her way. Alongside her intelligence, this makes her incredibly full of charming wit. Everly keeps several hobbies to keep herself open to opportunities that could potentially welcome her. Alongside her charm, wit and good gracious -- made more apparent by the power of the Prince family -- Everly is a rather popular student. She likes making connections that could potentially benefit her, making her easy to get along with. This has been made even more so apparent as her mother taught her the ability of a socialite. However, trust is a hard come by with her. It is earned seldomly and when it is, you have her undying loyalty. Until then, your interaction with her is more one of a business interaction than a genuine two sided friendship. She has a penance for adventure, especially when it comes to learning something that many have not. This has landed her interest in the ability of Animagus, which may permit her to spy on others. Everly follows the rules and maintains a good reputation throughout her Hogwarts years, however, with the right influence and the most well thought out plan - could she then consider going on the next venture into the Forbidden Forest. She is a believer of pureblood supremacy but to not scare away any potential allies she mostly keeps this hidden. ASPIRATION: I am more of a let the plots and natural roleplay occurrence drive my characters' aspirations type of girlie but since I have a word count here prepare for some rambling of what would make sense. This is based off of her personality and aesthetic. Given how she's very sneaky I could see her becoming an excellent Auror, with the paired Animagus ability (coming soon TM), and her intelligence, she could be incredibly fun to play in that field. If she ends up sticking to her current morale's, she could potentially be an Auror who works in the grey as well, outside of the law binding contract that has them follow the law themselves. If this sways, I could still see her doing some type of investigate type role as a Private Detective or otherwise. In addition, the family runs a distillery and while I can't really see her doing the grunt work of the business I could see her doing the entrepreneur side of it. She's very well spoken. If the above fails, she has been getting socialite lessons from her mother so that could also just be her full time thing. CHILDHOOD. | Everly was raised around the Prince family affairs, especially given her father's occupation. She was often brought to work with him on the days it was deemed alright for a child to attend. The complication of running a business interested her from the moment she was able to read. Her parents are happily married, which is likely contributed to the fact that her mother doesn't need to work and spends time being a devoted mother and wife. Antoinette taught Everly everything to do with becoming a lady, and together, they became best friends. One of her favorite memories as a child was being able to shop with her mother. When she showed her first sign of child magic, making a drink that her father was holding bubble over and fizz all over him, her parents were exceptionally delighted. Everly was raised however, with a pressure to succeed and that bleeded into her school years. However, her childhood was mostly happy and spent around the great house of Prince. Her parents spent the money on private tutoring for Everly to help prepare her for Hogwarts. The tutor she was given was rather strict, kept her on a tight schedule despite her protest, and this likely lead to a bit of defiance once she was nearing her time to attend proper schooling. SCHOOL YEARS. | Despite her generally happy childhood, Everly was eager to escape the strict routine that her tutor had her under only to face a different one; except this one granted a bit more freedom. The sorting hat quickly placed her into Ravenclaw, with only a quick thought to perhaps place her into Slytherin instead. Seeing Ethan was sorted into there, and wanting to make her own name for herself besides the heir apparent, she was glad to have been placed into Ravenclaw. Her first three years were relatively peaceful, making friends and exceeding in her academics. In the year of 2017, when Everly was due to about to enter her fourth year of study, her mother was at the Ministry Atrium to register their family under the Blood and Creature Status Registry. She fell injured as a result of the violence that ensured that day in August, in an attempt to protect the innocent. Antoinette Prince has been in and out of St Mungo's ever since. This made a demeanor shift in Everly, making it her mission to be the best witch she can be to be able to one day, make her mother more comfortable with what happened to her. In 2018, the end of her fourth year, when the prisoners overwhelmed the Hospital Wing, curiosity killed the cat so to speak and Everly wanted to know more. She volunteered her time in assisting the Healers in the wing so she could get to know the prisoners and their back stories. Also in 2018, the start of fifth year, when the Hogsmeade visits become restricted does Everly commit herself to the study of becoming an Animagus.
