BASIC INFORMATION
 | Raiden jaehyun Hwang 12 October 1st - 2006 HOGWARTS STUDENT 1ST YEAR Slytherin Pureblood england - South korea | PERSONALITY: Neutral on the outside. Sly like a fox on the inside though. He'll easily pretend he's your bestie while selling your rumours to another in the future. He has no intention of selling out right now though. Raiden is simply a young boy, a year ahead in age because of his birth year. He secretly likes adventures and has no specific hatred towards anyone besides the indoctrinated ones. Raiden prefers being neutral most of the time though, adjusting to the person he's with. Don't be surprised if he's the nicest with you but the worst with another. Furthermore, Raiden is a diligent and curious boy and wants to know more about the wizarding world. Magic in specific is a curious subject, yet to figure out which topic would be his best. Curses sound fun, though he's not specifically had any experience with them. He's obedient to his family, whether close or ordered from a distance, and would remain loyal. LIKES: Magic! He's not the outdoor type that much but it won't kill him, maybe. Enjoys a study on magic, especially if it's something like offensive spells. He's not too finicky with the idea of bad magic either.. not too interested in flowers or pretty things right now. Probably enjoys the smell of books, the idea of being amongst others and learning what people are like. He's a secret observer, sometimes falling entirely quietly. Raiden enjoys cleanliness too. The stars and the dark would fit him best. DISLIKES: Overly bright things as they pinch away at his poor little soul. Doesn't enjoy things that taste too sweet or too sour. Kind of dislikes the sun a bit as well but only because it's super bright and blinding. Doesn't mind creatures too much but has no keen interest in them. Doesn't like Herbology because he has to work with plants, which irritate his skin. Yes, that means he has to wear protective gear at all times and he does not like that either. ASPIRATIONS: Over time he'll grow more out of his shell. The future probably holds something like a curse breaker job, which'll give him both power and dangerous adventure. As well as the opportunity to learn about intricate curses. |

HISTORY
CHILDHOOD:
Raiden Jaehyun Hwang is the product of a marriage alliance between a Korean family who's been living in the UK for a while, and the Hwang family who's been making their ways onto other parts of the world. He is to be a future for the English reign, of sorts, and lives in between South Korea and England. For school he would be going to Hogwarts and for the holidays he'd be spending them in South Korea with his family. Naturally, the boy has been learning about magic from the start, sparks of magic at a later stage of his wee years. His parents were almost convinced that he was a late bloomer but Raiden thankfully did show the signs. It shouldn't be otherwise, as both his parents are of pureblood origins. The Yoo family was not a big one so they should've been grateful to cross paths with the Hwangs.
Childhood itself was mostly spend playing though, learning the 'right' from 'wrong', who to interact with and how to navigate the wizarding world. The muggle world was no exception since the exposure to it was hard to avoid in the first place. He was taught the right things of a pureblood but to keep neutral and remain unfazed, masking the true intentions as any proper Hwang would. Since he's just a child, absorbing these ways, he remains neutral. All he kind of wants right now is to explore the wizarding world and see what it holds for him.
SCHOOL YEARS:
First year.

Alune nodded at his question. "Something like that yes. You should be able to tell who definitely can't be your friend, or who'd be a great potential of sorts. You know, the benefit of the doubt?" Writing everyone off wouldn't help! "You might even have enemies now and they'll become your friends later. You never know." Such stories existed too. Enemies to lovers, haters to daters, friends to enemies. They were so young still!
"Clubs? Oh, uhm a couple! The book club, for example, last year I felt so out of place too. I was just a little first year but there were so many older students." She definitely felt out of place. "Are you in any?"
"But it's weird Albus!" Alune sure felt uncomfortable still with Myrtle watching and lurking. "Maybe one day I'll just ignore her truly. But we can try and find books that'll help us with ghosts plagues. We should go right now! To the library!" Alune picked up the pace, dragging the boy into the direction of the library. "We should probably search through the muggle section and the ghosty section." There was a ghost, poltergeist and paranormal kind of section right? The chances of actually dispelling a ghost's existence, by a first and second year, was so extremely low but still an interesting experience! So, to the library they went in search of answers.
