Wizard Death in London

The body of Lixin Jiang was found in an alleyway in London. Evidence leads to the use of the Killing Curse and no signs of a struggle. Above the body were the words:

An eye for an eye

Which leads Aurors to believe this was an act of revenge, but revenge on who? On the Ministry for the new Equality Program? On those who oppose the Equality Program? On Nathaniel Kingsley for igniting the turmoil in Wizarding Britain?

Who was Lixin Jiang? Well, he was a well respected, pureblood who worked for the Ministry of Magic as an Obliviator. He was well liked, and caring individual. His death will be mourned by those he worked with greatly. Jiang's death continues to be under investigation.

Chudley Cannons Favoured to Win the Cup

In Quidditch news, you have read the title right. The Chudley Cannons are favoured to win the cup this season. Doing remarkably well, thanks to the delicious beater of theirs; Zachary de Jongh. A few games in and de Jongh has taken out more players than seen in previous years. The man’s got arms, girls, and is single! This is great news for the Chudley Cannons who have not seen a cup in many years. I cannot recall the last time the Cannons took the cup home. I believe it was over a hundred years ago. Fact check: 1892 was their last cup which means de Jongh has a lot of pressure on those defined shoulders of his if he wants to bring the team to a victory after 125 years. Good luck, Zachary!

Unrest at Hogwarts

With news of the Azkaban break out, the missing Auror, a muggle death and now the death of a pureblood, it’s not surprising that I’ve been hearing rumours of unrest from the student body at Hogwarts. Both the Headmistress and Deputy Headmaster denied to comment on the state of Hogwarts being anything but it’s usual safe haven for students and staff. All was well, apparently. Well, Stewart is known for being a liar so I did more sniffing around.

Dumbledore’s Army – a group formed by Harry Potter, Hermione Granger and Ron Weasley back in 1995 has taken up ranks once more under new leadership. No one has spoken out about who this new leader is but with Potter and Weasley’s kids at the school, there’s no doubt one of them has spurred this movement. For those who don’t remember, or don’t know, Dumbledore’s Army was an organization that taught Defensive and Offensive magic to the student body during a time when the Ministry and Hogwarts thought a theoretical approach was sufficient. The members of this organization when it first formed were integral in fighting Voldemort during the Second Wizarding World and it seems the kids are worried another war is on it’s way.

The Inquisitorial Squad – a group founded by Dolores Umbridge in 1995 to maintain order within the school and to discover the identity of rule breakers has also reformed according to anonymous sources. While there has not been much discussed about the Squad around the school, other than a lone student from Durmstrang making a scene with a giant black phoenix on the lawns that some suspect to be a symbol of the newly formed squad, it still warrants attention.

Professor Stewart and Professor Huntington have both assured the Daily Prophet that both organizations will be investigated and disbanded if discovered to exist within the school.

Again, claims that all is well, rise from Hogwarts. There’s nothing to worry about.

ATTACK ON THE MINISTRY
On the eve of Friday, November 3, 2017 simultaneous attacks on the Ministry of Magic occurred by a group of masked witches and wizards.

The attacks took place in the Atrium, where missing Auror Lindsey Talbot reappeared from her ‘vacation’ amidst the chaos of a woman confessing her love for the famous Boy Who Lived only to be escorted away and replaced by the assault of the fountain (which was just getting repaired from the summer explosion!) coming to life and attacking those who would defend the Ministry. Bystanders say the Auror, Talbot, did nothing to defend the Ministry and now investigators wonder if that was even the real Lindsey...

The Department of Mysteries was also attacked and suffered minor damages in the process as these masked villains went straight for the experiments or whatever happens in that department. A few, unreliable sources, said something about the brain room, but the Ministry can’t really be keeping brains locked up in their depths, could they? Ministry Official, Valentine was able to fend off the

Meanwhile, the Department of Law Enforcement was under a bit more of a wild siege with hostages being held at wand point and walls blown to pieces by the good guys this time! Though I have to wonder why people like to blow things up when catastrophe strikes. First our beautiful fountain, then Azkaban and now our Ministry? Thankfully, construction is a lot easier with magic!

These three attacks seemed rather suspicious, like those involved were up to something. When interviewing a few of those involved, it was confirmed that something was amiss about these attacks. Especially when the attacks seemed to stop abruptly. Definitely fishy.

MINISTER, SENIOR UNDERSECRETARY AND JUNIOR ASSISTANT MISSING
Three days following the attacks on the Ministry on Nov 3, no one had heard from the Minister for Magic, the Senior Undersecretary and their Junior Assistant. It was as if the three of them had vanished as suddenly as the attacks on the Ministry stopped. There was no evidence of foul play in the Office of the Minister. Their homes did not turn up any clues as to their whereabouts though a curious article on Spiritual Transfiguration was found in the desk at the SU’s flat and investigators got chewed out by a Chadwick Kingsley Jr. for touching Kingsley’s research.

Just as quickly as the three missing officials disappeared, they reappeared with the same story about escaping the attacks on the Ministry with the Registry in case that was the reason for the attacks. The is to be reassured that the Registry remains safe and secure in a new location. The Minister himself promises these attacks will not go unpunished and the people responsible for them will be located soon.

“I want to assure the Wizarding Community of Britain that we are reaching out to our allies in order to determine if they are experiencing similar attacks and for assistance for our Law Enforcement Department who is overburdened with cases and has been since the summer. Our primary focus is the safety of witches and wizards everywhere despite their differences.”

OBITUARIES
It is with great sadness and fear that the Oleander-Mei family announces the deaths of Peter Oleander-Mei and Il-Seong Oleander-Mei due to unforseen circumstances.

Peter Oleander-Mei was 62 years old and the beloved husband of Maria, father of 2 children (Lillian and Isaiah) and grandfather to Danielle, Dmitri and Alister. Peter had a reputation for fairness and upheld many positions of power in the American Ministry for Magic during his years. He will be greatly missed.

Il-Seong Oleander-Mei was 41 years old and the beloved husband of Eu-Jeong Oleander-Mei. Il-Seong dealt in shipping and various businesses in Seoul alongside the Kwon and Sejung families. In light of his death, Angelo Oleander-Mei will be taking over the companies with the help of his uncle. Il-Seong will be missed by all those who loved him.

While the Oleander-Mei family grieves, it is with heaviness we must place more work on our Law Enforcement Department as these deaths are believed to be connected to a string of deaths by Oleander Poison that has not been seen in many years. More information will be released as it is discovered.

QUIDDITCH RUMORS
The latest Hogwarts game, Hufflepuff vs Ravenclaw was a sore lost for the claws, but the spark of this game wasn’t the game itself. It was the famed Quidditch player and coach of the Holyhead Harpies; Phillip Abbot that had people talking. Rumor has it he was there scouting Hufflepuff Beater, Lea de Trafford for the Harpies upon her graduation but Abbot refused to answer any questions about these rumors. One can only wonder why? If de Trafford is good enough to be on the Harpies, wouldn’t the coach want to be boasting about his new star? Or was she not good enough?

Holiday Heartbreaking News
As we head into the New Year, some disturbing factors have occurred within our world. While the Minister for Magic, Kingsley Eggleston and Senior Undersecretary Nathaniel Kingsley have claimed the registry is safe and the attack on the Ministry was a failed attempt to acquire it, several muggleborns have been reported missing.

There has been no news of the Hogwarts Herbology Professor, Kaylie Durant, who went missing back in August, though some suspect her whereabouts had been kept quiet by certain officials after she was suspected of being involved in a werewolf attack according to reliable sources I will not divulge. However, along with Durant, Hogwarts has also reported that in late November, a member of their student body, Aki Miura has gone missing after not returning from a Hogsmeade Trip with her classmates. The school was searched by all staff and family was notified as well as authorities. Ms. Miura has not turned up.

As disturbing as it is to think a student could go missing from Hogwarts; the safest place in the Wizarding Community, Ms Miura is only the first of a number of missing people’s that have been reported to the Magical Law Enforcement Department.

With the chaos of Hogwarts closing down for the holidays and preparation for the ball, and the extremely dangerous times we appear to be heading towards, it is not surprising to learn that in December four more students have gone missing. Ms. Aimee Hartley, Ms. Nikki Belanger, Mr. Jasper Fernsby and Mr. Ki-Han Sol. Three out of four of these students are known muggleborns. Following the ball, Professor Lucien Dumas was reported missing by his spouse? Professor Emmy Doyle. And while it’s less critical to the magical community, a recent report has also come in that Ms. Belanger’s muggle uncle was last seen searching for her in The Leaky Cauldron before he also went missing.

What is happening to our muggleborns community members? Who is responsible? And when will the Auror department catch a break or a hint?

Hogwarts Holiday Ball
Despite recent events in the wizarding community, the Ministry of Magic and Hogwarts agreed to host a Christmas Eve Ball in order to boast moral within the community. The ballroom was decorated exquisitely and expensively. The food was delightful and someone even enchanted a little mistletoe to toy with people’s emotions! What is a ball without a little mistletoe madness after all? Growing up, I always saw kids crying at the school dances because they boyfriend’s broke up with them or their crushes danced with someone else. Hogwarts Balls shouldn’t be any different in my opinion!

The dance floor at the Hogwarts Ball was certainly the most happening place and even the Minister was noted to be grooving to some good ole fashion Christmas songs. That’s just the sign we need the Minister Eggleston is devoted to keeping moral high and ensuring our safety while we celebrate the holidays. A team of well, though albeit a little distracted, Aurors were seen floating around checking on things and ensure security measures were in place. Many of those young men and women looked dashing in their Auror Robes.

Overall, I believe the Ball was just what the Wizarding World needed to keep the spirit of Christmas alive in these dark times.

Nox New Year’s Disaster
And while the world was coming down off the high of the Hogwarts Christmas Ball, Nox kicked it up a notch by hosting a lavish New Year’s Eve party. Caterering to their vampiric regulars with a free event but open to the public, Nox was the place to be on New Year’s Eve! There were plenty of familiar and unfamiliar faces we have not seen around our community in awhile and everyone seemed to be having a great time until...

The midnight hour struck and so did a catastrophe unlike any we’ve seen in over twenty years. It seemed many of the vampires in question were drunk off the blood of donors and the drinks offered throughout the night that someone took advantage of the situation. The room went dark, or so sources tell me, and when things calmed down, a large portion of the vampire population had disappeared without much of a trace.

The already overwhelmed Magical Law Enforcement Department is looking into it but if anyone has information, please let them know. They can only do so much when things are looking grimer and grimer for the new year.


With all the horrors of November and December behind us, it’s important for everyone to be vigilant and remain safe.

Change of Power
While the Wizarding World gets used to the idea of Mark Grimstone as our Minister and Kaleb Haywood as Headmaster of Hogwarts, more change is around the corner.

Senior Undersecretary Nathaniel Kingsley has announced his resignation from office with the intent to return to the Department of Mysteries and help the Auror’s office investigate the going ons of the Wizarding World.

With the departure of Eggleston and Kingsley, their Junior Assistant, Calliope Kingston has also stepped down. Kingston’s parents are among some of those who have disappeared in the recent months, and one can only speculate that the young woman is afraid she could be targeted next.

The Minister has not yet announced who shall be replacing Kingsley and Kingston.

Since his resignation, former Minister Kingsley Eggleston has not been heard from by close family or friends. He seems to have vanished into thin air. Has he gone into hiding? Or has something more sinister happened to him? Should we be worried about the fate of Kingsley and Kingston with the disappearance of the former Minister following his resignation?

Only time will tell.

Moonacre Seige
Moonacre Sanctuary was build to protect werewolves during the full moon and give them a safe place to transform along with access to Wolf’s Bane Potion. It’s been a peaceful addition to the Wizarding World since it’s formation until the night of January 31, 2018.

All we know about this night is the werewolves in our community peacefully arrived at Moonacre Sanctuary for the night. They were given their Wolf’s Bane Potion and, well, I don’t really know what goes on up there during a full moon. Do they run around, howl and play fetch? Not the point but cute!

The morning of February 1, 2018, reports came from both Moonacre Sanctuary and Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry that an attack had occurred on the vulnerable werewolf population. Professor Emmy Doyle of Hogwarts reported feeling uneasy (and that might be for other reasons) when the children didn’t return at the usual hour. She admits to remaining in the Great Hall all night worrying since two out of her three sons are werewolves. When no one returned, she made the trip to Moonacre Sanctuary and was met with solitude, emptiness. No one was home.

Aurors arrived on the scene not long after and the investigation is underway. It’s safe to say this might be the work of the same culprits who attacked Nox’s New Year’s Eve Party. Will know more soon enough.

Unrest at Hogwarts
The presence of a strong, Ministry man like Kaleb Haywood at Hogwarts has not put anyone at ease. Students and staff are still going missing right from within the walls of the safest place in the Wizarding World. And they are disappearing at an alarming rate. Class sizes are shrinking and worry is creeping in like a thick fog around the school according to insider sources. How is it possible that the school was safer with the likes of Stewart and Huntington in charge than it is now with an upstanding citizen like Haywood?

Volunteers from the community are being asked to step in to help the Auror’s office by joining the remaining staff at Hogwarts as security. More enchantments are being placed on the castle every day. There’s no chance someone can get in or out without the Headmaster knowing with these upgrades and hopefully it is enough to keep out children safe.

Community Loses Another
Eric Lee, Head of the Department of Law Enforcement and close friend to the former Senior Undersecretary; Nathaniel Kingsley, has been reported dead.

Lee was called into the field by an anonymous owl to investigate what appeared to be wolf dog’s ravaging a small village near Ottery St. Catchpole. Lee’s investigation took a turn for the worst and his body was later found dragged to the river by local resident George Weasley. Although significantly scarred by the wild dog’s, it was still easy for close friend, Kingsley, to identify the body.

Speculation is that this is the work of werewolves as the body was found just after the full moon.

While the Department of Law Enforcement mourns the loss of Eric Lee, newly appointed Head of the Department, Nathaniel Zimmer, is ready to step up to the plate.

Our condolences go out to the Lee family at this time.

More Changes to Power
Congratulations to the newly appointed Senior Undersecretary; Ragnar Keeling. Also, congratulations to the new Deputy Headmaster, Thomas O’Brien.

This being said, Mark Grimstone has stepped down as Minister and Ragnar will be taking over until a new Minister for Magic has been selected.

Are double congratulations in order? Perhaps things will settle down.

Now, before stepping down, Grimstone had put into place some very important decrees to keep everyone safe.

>> Citizens are no longer allowed to travel in groups of more than four. Caught doing this will result in arrestment and questioning at a trial. this makes underground groups illegal

>> If you are a family of 4+ you will be required to get a family passport to prove you are all related. Please visit the Department of Administration for your passports.

>> A curfew of 6pm will be enforced for anyone under the age of seventeen and a curfew of 8pm will be enforced for anyone over seventeen. Aurors will be patrolling at night to ensure no one is out after curfew.

Thank you, Minister Grimstone, for you service and dedication to keeping the Wizarding World safer in such trying times. Good luck as you return to your former post.

Student Found Dead
With a great number of students going missing right out of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, it is deeply concerning and worrisome for all involved, especially with the latest news of a student death taking place near the grounds of Hogwarts.

Yes, Hogwarts is no longer safe. Was it ever really safe? One might have believed it was the safest place in the world so long as Albus Dumbledore was around but he’s been dead for nearly twenty years.

On March 1, 2018, seventh year Gryffindor student, Ricky Murdock, a beloved member of the student body, was found dead just outside of Hogsmeade. One is not sure what the Murdock boy was doing on the outskirts of the village alone, but it could not have been anything good.

Ricky Murdock was close to graduating. He had a bright future, loved the outdoors and was a charming fellow with many admirers. His presence could light up a room, according to close friends. He will be greatly missed by many. It was also rumored that Ricky Murdock was the former president of the secretive Dumbledore’s Army which numbers began to grow in light of the recent events in the community. He was a spark in the dark.

Rest in Peace, Ricky Murdock, we hope your death has not been in vain.

Tyrion Wagtail Captured
Aurors have been working since the summertime to recapture those who escaped from Azkaban during the August break out. While it’s been one challenging case, there seems some hope in the darkness. A slip of the defenses in the escapee’s chaos.

Tyrion Wagtail, one of the notable captives from Azkaban, was apprehended not long after the body of Ricky Murdock, walking aimlessly around Hogsmeade village. While his capture is a win for the Ministry and those working to regain peace and order in our world, it was not the step forward the Aurors had been hoping for. Wagtail’s memory had been completely erased and along with that, any involvement he might have had in the going ons of our world.

An investigation into his wand showed that the last spell Wagtail used was the killing curse. This evidence, and his proximity to where the body of young Murdock was found, Law Enforcement believes that Wagtail was responsible for the death of the Gryffindor.

Tyrion Wagtail will spend the remainder of his days at St. Mungo’s in their long term care unit.

Wolf Attack at St. Mungo’s
In early March, alarms sounded at St. Mungo’s signifying something was amiss. The moon was full and howling echoed through the halls. Reports came in that masked witches and wizards attacked the hospital and set werewolves loose in the hallways. Healers reacted to evacuate their patients and protect the hospital.

“I’ve never heard a more menacing call run through the hospital,” - a witness, who does not wish to be named, admitted to this reporter. The witness admits to still hearing the terrifying sounds of a woman enjoying the death and destruction of the hospital where vulnerable people needed help. “And then there was the fire,” the witness added.

St. Mungo’s erupted in flames shortly after the initial attack. Fortunately, most patients were rescued by those working on their floors including Lyra Valenting and Daeseong Kyung who were both working that night. Head Healer, Christiano Nash, was found dead after the fire was put out and Auror, Maxwell McCree, who was already a patient, was admitted with further injuries.

Following this attack, St. Mungo’s Officials have hired experienced Healer, Corey McPhee to take over. Renovations are in place to restore the hospital and addition protections will be added to their security.

Student Ambush
Professor Doyle, while possibly out of her mind, could not be dissuaded to change her plans to attempt to relocate students and staff members at risk. Stating that Hogwarts was no longer safe after the death of one of their students and many disappearances within the school, the emotional Potion’s Professor took it upon herself, with the help of a few others, to plan a mass kidnapping. Yes, kidnapping, as Professor Doyle did not seek permission from parents or guardians.

Students were taken from their beds and ushered through the halls of their school towards Hogsmeade where they were meant to be handed off to perfect strangers and taken out of the country for their protection.

Seems like a solid plan for someone already deep in emotional turmoil and not thinking straight while her own family is missing.

It was not a solid plan. No witnesses would comment, but rumors that numerous students went missing that night and did not turn up at their expected safe houses (wherever those may be). And all of this took place under the watchful eye of Kaleb Haywood. We’re hoping some serious punishment will be dished out for Professor Doyle for such carelessness with the lives of our children.

Stolen from St. Mungo’s
The circumstance behind such an event taking place are not certain but word has reached us at the Daily Prophet that a single captive had been rescued. Corinth Cardosa, 14 years old, was brought to St. Mungo’s for treatment after he had been missing since January. Cardosa is a regular patient of the Pediatric Ward of St. Mungo’s. His mother had reported he went missing after he did not return from visiting his brother and sister in Hogsmeade during the January trip. Cardosa, who is a Squib, has a reputation for getting himself into mischief, according to his mother, but he has never disappeared on her in such a fashion before.

Mrs. Cardosa admits that she was never notified that her son had been brought to St. Mungo’s, and it wasn’t until reports of his disappearance from the hospital that she knew he was there and returned.

Auror Cooper McPhee states he had been present at St. Mungo’s when the Cardosa boy went missing. A disturbance on the Pediatric Ward alerted him and he found masked people attempting to harm the child in question. They were overwhelmed and the boy was not able to be rescued. McPhee could not identify any of those involved in the capture of Corinth Cardosa.

SITUATION IS UNDER CONTROL

Despite the unfortunate events in which Professor Doyle of Hogwarts attempted to move students with little regard, the situation in the Wizarding World has stabilized. There have been no further reports of missing witches and wizards since the events of the Hogwarts evacuation. Although officials have not located any of the missing, the fact that disappearances have ceased is a win for the Ministry.

Investigations have not stopped. The Auror Department and Department of Magical Law Enforcement along with other sanctions of the Ministry have left no stone unturned in the search of those who have disappeared. We will find them, says a member of Law Enforcement who wishes to remain anonymous. New evidence is being unearthed every few days. The culprits will be caught and the missing will be found.

With the situation under control, the Ministry encourages all to continuing following the protocols in place to remain safe. Curfews will not be lifted and traveling will continue to be limited. Be safe. Be cautious. Be informed!

SCHOOL YEAR COMING TO A CLOSE

For many, Hogwarts has not been the fun institute of learning they expected or have experienced in the past. It has been a stressful, emotional year all around for the students, the teachers, the support staff and the families. The school year is quickly coming to an end with one month remaining. Students will take their OWLs and NEWTs. Graduation will occur and the future of Hogwarts will be re-evaluated over the summer months.

What can we expect come the new school year? That remains to be determined bu the Hogwarts administrative team, the board of governors and the magical education department of the Ministry have been meeting regularly to ensure a safer Hogwarts in the new year. Things from staffing, rules and regulations and new safety measures are being looked over to better the school.

Along with the previous mentioned discussions, something good is coming out of all this. Headmaster Haywood has announced the introduction of new classes for the new school year. Hogwarts will offer elective classes in Ghoul Studies, Art and Music for the students to round out their education.

A MESSAGE OF PEACE

Two weeks ago, a complaint was filed by a pub owner in Godric’s Hollow about vandalism to the outer wall of his pub in the night. A white dove holding an olive branch in its beak was painted on the side of the building with the words Peace written beneath it.

This inspired piece of art was only the first of a new movement.

Two days following this complaint, a storefront in Diagon Alley belonging to a known pureblood was defaced with a white poppy in the middle of a muggle peace sign. Neither pieces were signed and the unknown artist is still at large. Their message is clear though.

Just last week, white hooded figures entered the atrium and released hundreds of origami cranes. The crane is a symbol of luck in Japanese culture and their release was joined with just that; the wishes of luck for the Ministry to end this injustice in our world.

REMEMBER THE WITCH HUNTS?

Dating back to the fifteenth century, England faced an intense phase during the Civil War known as the Puritan Era. While the world has advanced since then it feels like nothing has changed. Between the fifteenth and eighteenth century, 500-1000 people were murdered on witch charges. Many of these people were women. No real evidence existed for their deaths to make sense and yet the muggles felt they were a danger to exist.

Are real witches and wizards any better than the muggle witch hunters?

We live in the twenty-first century where it is becoming more and more acceptable to be different. Whether those differences are religious believes, lifestyle differences, sexual preferences, etc. It’s okay. When the lights go out we are all the same regardless.

Why?

The biggest question is why? Why in the age of acceptance, are we fighting a war on blood and creature status? Those people who are being persecuted have done nothing wrong. They did not choose their blood status any more than I have chosen to be blonde with brown eyes or my uncle to have B- blood. Did they choose to be born of muggles and gain magic? No. Did they choose to be born of veela descent? No. Was it their request to have the metamorphmagus gene passed to them? Or the Prophetic gene? No. They were born that way and those who were not, like the vampires and werewolves being stolen, it was not their fault either.

Why are they being punished for something beyond their control?

The whole situation is unnecessary and unfair. Those who stand by and do nothing to help those at risk are doing a great injustice and deserve the same punishment as those doing wrong.

Its time to band together to save our brothers and sisters!

Rescued and Alive
This reporter was on the scene of quite a devastating sight in the late hours of May 31 and into the early hours of June 1. Deep in the Aconna Desert of Italy, smoke and flames licked up towards the sky. Explosions, screams and people were spotted fleeing the scene of a massive crime against Wizard kind. A prison was discovered. The remains of missing people were uncovered. Many lives were found and saved thanks to the team of Aurors at the Ministry who have been working diligently at locating our lost friends.

The bodies of Wren Murata-Kwon, Jasper Fernsby and Quidditch Star, Zachary de Jongh were discovered in a shallow grave. Kwon was hardly recognizable in a disfigured half transformation from harpy to human. Inside the prison, the bodies of Boris White, Dani Hall and Allie Simpson were discovered and outside the prison the body of Camden McPhee was discovered. No other deaths have been reported thus far but investigations have continued and this reporter expects she will be reporting on more once they conclude.

While many of those who had been missing for months came out of this ordeal alive, one cannot say they came out of it well. Scrawny. Broken. Bleeding. Some on the brink of death. It was a beautiful, disaster of a sight to behold. We can only pray for a thorough recovery for those involved.

Hogwarts Headmaster Dead
The body of Headmaster Kaleb Haywood was discovered by students; Maxwell Clarke, Dionysos Amadori and Farley Haywood at the bottom of the tower stairs. Reports from the school state that the Headmaster had looked under the weather lately but there was never any confirmation as to whether or not his health was failing. His close family members and friends state that he never complained and they chopped his disgruntled appears to stress of running Hogwarts during such a stressful time.

Kaleb was born on November 28, 1976 in Ottery St. Catchpole. He attended Hogwarts from 1988 to 1999 and graduated from Slytherin House. Kaleb went on to work at the Ministry for Magic and eventually becoming the Head of International Magical Co-Operation. He married Lissa and had four children. Kaleb was also the caretaker and guardian of his niece and nephew after a tragic shipping accident took the life of his brother-in-law (John Maverick) and his sister (Abigail) soon after. In his most recent life, Kaleb was appointed Headmaster of Hogwarts during a time of crisis in hopes that his leadership skills could be an asset in protecting the students and the reputation of Hogwarts. His death comes as a surprise and shock to the family. And he will be greatly missed by those who held him dear to their hearts. Kaleb is survived by his wife, Lissa, his siblings Daniel, Craig, Shae and Teresa (Patrick). and his children Jason, Lauraine, Kenya and Farley Haywood , his nieces and nephews janie , Joey Maverick , Remington Grebe and Kaitlyn Grebe .

Graduation Day
This has been a challenging year for many with things happening beyond our control. Friends and family missing, worries about what the future may hold, the last thing on anyone's mind has likely been school work. School seems too inconsequential in comparison to the disarray of the Wizarding World. However, despite the hardships, the seventh years at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry has turned another another group of fine young men and women ready to take on the world.

McPhee, Camden
Born Aug 15, 1938, Camden McPhee was the son of Clifford and Darla McPhee, who took over the family business on Colonsay Island, the home Island to the ancient McFie clan of Scotland. Camden attended Hogwarts from 1949 to 1956 and was a graduate of Slytherin House. Married his sweetheart from Hogwarts. Camden was a firm believer in keeping families pure but never openly expressed any dislike for others. After Hogwarts he returned to Colonsay Island and helped support the growth of the McPhee family through local businesses and tourism. Camden studied politics and eventually took over as Mayor of the Island. In 2008, Camden was arrested for crimes against creatures which resulted in the death of an unknown number of creatures. He spent ten years in prison before escaping during the recent Azkaban break out alongside notorious criminals such as Tyrion Wagtail and Niklas Keeling. Evidence to link Camden McPhee to recent events are being investigated. Camden is survived by his wife, Katherine, his brother, Corey (Eliza), his children Callum (Jacey), Colson (Camille) and Cassidy (Aldwin, deceased). He will be greatly missed by his grandchildren (Cara, Chloe, Caden (Laurina), Carter (Madison), Colby (Allie) and Cooper McPhee ) and great grandchildren (@charlotte , Crew, Cole McPhee , Callie, Cora, Carson, Charlie, Catalina McPhee and Clarke) as well as a great nephew (Cullen McIntyre ).
