He loves teaching and would love to go back to Hogwarts to teach DADA or Magical Law, or he wants to run the Auror Training Program. Cooper is the youngest son of Callum McPhee and his second wife, Jacey. Much to the dismay of the family, Callum married the muggleborn woman he met while touring after his divorce. Life for Jacey and Cooper among the pureblooded McPhees was not an easy one and they were often left out of family affairs for being impure and a stain on the family which infuriated Callum. They weren't the only members of the family treated this way, and yet Colonsay Island always seems to call the McPhee's home.
Cooper graduated from Hogwarts in 2010 from Ravenclaw House where he excelled in classes such as DADA, Charms, Dark Arts Theory and Magical Law. It was great teachers like Professor Doyle and Professor Dumas who really showed Cooper what he wanted to be when he was an adult, and that was a teacher to inspire young minds. However, it was people like Dean Stewart and Rosie Huntington who pushed Cooper to go into the Auror program in hopes of putting them behind bars one day.
After he graduated from Hogwarts, Cooper applied for the Auror Training Program alongside his best friend. The program was a struggle for him. He learned quickly that he might not be Auror material, at least in the field, but he was fantastic as a pencil pusher and the guy who filed the case paperwork. He completed the program with the acceptance of not being a great Auror but he could aide those who were great.

The man down the bar had been attractive enough to catch his attention. However, the incident with the drink spilling in his lap was a bigger distraction. Still groaning as he mopped up his pants, Izzie was oblivious to the fact that the man had moved down to the seat recently occupied by his best girl until a rag was handed to him and a voice drew him from his thoughts. His warm eyes looked up. "Well, I suppose that's better than soddy nappies that fall apart," Izzie accepted the rag, letting his fingers graze over the other as he took it. "Thanks, love."
With the rag being much more absorbent, Izzie was able to chase away some of the liquid that had soiled his pants and made him look like a bloody wanker that hadn't made it to the loo. That was Terry for ya. Gal was always popping off with catastrophe in her stead. What he wouldn't give for some of his niece's magic right about now!
Izzie expected the man would leave after his triumphant rescue and was pleasantly surprised to hear him introduce himself. "Suppose that'll do unless you have any other tricks up your sleeve," he tossed the cloth on the counter and faced the man with his dashing smile to offer his hand. "Isaac, though I do prefer Izzie."
